ORDERS AND SHIPPING

  1. How to place an order on your site?

    You can create a BEYORG® Account before placing an order or select Guest Checkout to place an order without an account. The registration process is Fast, Free and Safe, and will save you time for future purchases.

  2. What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept the following payment methods for online orders:  

    * China UnionPay (CUP) credit cards may not work on mobile devices.

  3. When will my order ship?

    Orders as despatch Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

    Orders are generally dispatched within 1 working day, although this may take longer during the festive period and under some circumstances. Orders received on a non-working day will be dispatched the next working day.

  4. Where do you ship? Do you ship internationally?

    HONG KONG & MACAU DELIVERY
    Standard delivery is FREE on orders over HK$500.
    Estimated delivery time: 2-5 working days*

    *Additional transit time may be required for remote areas (including, but not limited to Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Lantau Island, Peng Chau, Po Toi Island).

    INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
    Items are sent via International Economy Service.

    * Please note these delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. If you haven't received your package within the estimated delivery date, please email to order@beyorgbeauty.com and allow us to assist you with tracking.
    ** We regret we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or hotels.
    ^ Under dangerous goods regulations, we are currently unable to ship the following items outside Hong Kong SAR: Perfumes (including Eau De Parfum, Eau De Toilette and Energy Mists), Hair Spray, and Scent Diffusers.

  5. Can I pick up my order in-store?

    Yes. Customers placing orders in Hong Kong can select our pick-up-at-shop service.

    We will inform you by phone/email once your order is available for collection. Please present the order confirmation email, and the credit card (or a copy of the credit card) you used to place the order when collecting the order.

    Please email order@beyorgbeauty.com and allow us to assist you with tracking.

     

  6. What is your return/exchange policy?

    We do not accept any cancellations after the order has been confirmed. We do not accept exchanges or returns.

    If the product delivered is damaged or defective, please contact us by emailing our Customer Care team at cs@beyorgbeauty.com with the information regarding the conditions within 7 days of receipt. Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition.

    RETURN OF DAMAGED GOODS

    All items undergo comprehensive quality control and are checked for damage before they are sent to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately by emailing our Customer Care team. Please ensure that the packaging remains the same, otherwise it will call into question whether the item was actually used and damaged at that time.

    After checking, we will issue a replacement or refund. Shipping, tax and duties costs on faulty or damaged items/ replacements will not be charged after the initial delivery.

    RETURN OF DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

    For online purchases, customers should contact BEYORG® l Beyond Organic in respect of any Defective Merchandise immediately by emailing our Customer Care team at cs@beyorgbeauty.com. Shipping, tax and duties costs on the Defective Merchandise will not be charged if the return of the products is required. BEYORG® l Beyond Organic reserves the right to request photographic support regarding Defective Merchandise before authorizing a return.

     

BEYORG® LOYALTY PROGRAM

  1. How do I connect my membership with my BEYORG online account?

    To activate your membership with BEYORG online account, please click on "SIGN IN" at the top left corner of our website. 

    Activate your account by email
    To verify your identity, please enter your registered email, we will send you a confirmation email with the verification link. Simply click the "CONFIRM" button to confirm your email address.

    Activate your account by phone number
    To verify your identity, please enter your registered phone number, we will send you an SMS with the one-time password (OTP). 

    Enter the OTP received, the OTP is a password sent by us to your mobile number via ShortMessage Service (SMS). It is required when you register with BEYORG for online shopping. The SMS will not be forwarded to any other mobile phone number even if you have subscribed to SMS forwarding service provided by the telecommunication service provider in Hong Kong.

  2. How can I qualify to be a loyalty member?

    To qualify as a loyalty member, you need to spend HK$3,000 in a single transaction or accumulative spending of HK$5,000 in a 3-month online or in-store.

  3. How is my loyalty program period calculated?

    BEYORG Membership program starts on June 1 each year and ends on May 31 of the following year.

  4. How do I see my Loyalty Point Balance and Membership Tier?

    Once your account is connected, you can log into your BEYORG account to view your membership tier and point balance. At our stores, you are also check your points balance and membership with our beauty consultants.

  5. How do I earn points?

    Our loyalty program allows you to earn points for in-store and online purchases. Every HK$500 regular-priced product purchase will be entitled to 1 point.

  6. How do I redeem my points?

    To redeem your points online, please contact our customer care team. At the store, you can redeem at the cashier. These rewards are limited in quantity and subject to change. These points can be used to redeem a selection of rewards products. 

  7. Does my membership expire?

    Your Green membership never expires. For Gold and Platinum status, you will enjoy the status upon reaching the status and the following year (June to the following May). If you do not meet your spend threshold during the membership period into the Gold or Platinum tier, you will be automatically moved into the next lower tier the following year.

  8. How is my loyalty point expiry calculated?

    All BEYORG VIP points earned from June 1 the current year will expire on May 31 of the following year. Unredeemed points will be removed from your account and reset to zero automatically from June 1 of the next year. Points must be earned at the time of purchase, and will not be awarded afterwards.

  9. How can I redeem my points? How can I progress to the next level?

    Green Member
    To achieve Gold Member, spend HK$30,000+ between June and the following May online or in stores.

    Gold Member
    To achieve Platinum, spend HK$100,000+ between June and the following May online or in stores.

     

  10. How can I maintain my membership level?

    Gold Member
    To maintain Gold status, spend HK$30,000+ between June and the following May. If you spend HK$100,000+ in the said period, you’ll be upgraded to Platinum. If you do not meet your spend threshold during the membership period into the Gold tier, you will be automatically moved into Green the following year.

    Platinum Member
    To maintain Platinum status, spend HK$100,000+ between June and the following May. If you do not meet your spend threshold during the membership period into the Platinum tier, you will be automatically moved into Gold the following year.
